Hi, welcome to the christmas elves blog. The public relations department thought it would be a great idea to have a blog so that we can tell you what is going on up at the North Pole while y'all are waiting for Santa to arrive.

Right now the new elves are very busy finishing up elf school. There are many different jobs they have to learn before they can join the rest of the elves in the various areas. There are classes in history, math, care of reindeer, becoming a house elf, cooking, english, etc. Classes end in a week and then the elves will wait and see what their new job is.

The older elves are preparing the craft rooms and the wrapping rooms which both open the day after Thanksgiving. Mrs. Claus supervises this and she also teaches some of the cooking lessons. (She makes an awesome snickerdoodle cookie)

The reindeer are all taking flying lessons, the little ones get just basic training while the more experienced ones are taking classes in roof landings, evading planes, and aerodynamics. Their harnesses and bells have all been polished and are ready and waiting for them.

Santa is checking his sleigh to make sure that it is up to code. The head elf has painted it a nice shiny fire engine red.... it's very bright.

Well, I have to go to a PR meeting now, I'll be back later in the week to update y'all again. Don't forget to get those christmas lists done soon...
