Just a quick update from moving weekend... Most of the elves have moved in and are getting unpacked. Tonight over dinner, there were many conversations about the best pranks everyone had pulled last year. The brand new elves in training for home visits were amazed by all the different pranks there are. They are very excited to attend pranks 101 in early
November. Of course first they have to get passports, shots have to be up to date, they have to brush up on their host family's language and
Christmas traditions...
Fortunately, each elf is assigned a language a year in advance of being sent on assignment. (They really seem to like the
Rosetta stone program. :) ) Jangle has been out on photo assignment again, so hopefully when he gets back, there will be some more pictures of the recent activities.
Love,
Jingle
ps: Santa's Project Manager would like to remind everyone that the official "tracking santa" site will be up and running on December 1st, 2009 in cooperation with NORAD.
